Become a Community of HopeSM Champion by setting up your own Tribute Fund.

To create an online Tribute Fund, follow the instructions below.

STEP 1: GETTING STARTED �          Click “Create a Fund” to begin. STEP 2: ENTER HONOREE’S                 INFORMATION �          Enter the HONOREE’S full name, street address and phone number. �          Enter email address if you want the HONOREE to receive emails every time a gift is made to you �          Tribute Fund. �          Once completed, click “Next Step.”   STEP 3: ENTER YOUR                 INFORMATION �          Enter YOUR full name, email address, street address and phone number. �          Enter a user name and create a password. �          To make the first gift to your Tribute Fund, enter the gift amount. �          If you wish, enter additional information about yourself. �          Once completed, click “Next Step.”   STEP 4: AGREE TO WAIVER �          Read the Community of HopeSM Champion Waiver. �          Click the box that states “I agree to the terms and conditions of this waiver.” �          Once completed, click “Next Step.”

STEP 5: GO TO CHAMPION                 CENTER �          Read the guide to Community of HopeSM Champion Center that explains the exciting functions of your Tribute Page, such as sending emails and seeing who is viewing them. �          To edit and view your Tribute Fund, click the “Fund Web Page” link.   STEP 6: EDIT PAGE LAYOUT �          Choose where you want your photo and text to be placed on the Tribute Page.   STEP 7: EDIT PAGE CONTENT �          Finally, you can edit the content of your page. �          Add more headlines/text. �          Upload more photos and create photo albums. �          Edit your donor list. �          Edit your guestbook. �          After all changes are made, click “Refresh Preview.” �          If your pages look good, click “Save My Changes.”
